As a Program Coordinator at Roush, you’ll keep programs on track by coordinating schedules, budgets, and deliverables across cross‑functional teams. Working closely with Project Managers, vendors, and customers, you’ll help drive programs to successful, on‑time, and on‑budget completion while seeing the results of your work every day.

As a Program Coordinator, you will:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate office and shop activity and relay customer expectations. 
  • Assist the Project Manager in activities including timing, budgets, quality, open issues, and material management
  • Direct and coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors.
  • Develop and execute small program plans
  • Complete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team to ensure deliverables
  • Collect data from customers, suppliers, Bill of Material, and other resources to compile reports.
  • Review project status daily and report percentage of completion
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

As a Program Coordinator, you will need:

  • Associate degree or equivalent certification 
  • Minimum of 2 years of coordination or skilled trade experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
  • Excellent customer service skills, very detail oriented, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with different cross functional teams
  • Ability to follow directions and to prioritize a wide range of assignments
  • Ability to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

A successful candidate may also have:

  • Bachelors degree in business or engineering
  • Advanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends
