Program Coordinator, Rural Health Transformation
FULL-TIME-HYBRID 2 to 4 days per month in office
About Us
The Care Transformation Collaborative of Rhode Island (CTC-RI) is Rhode Island's statewide primary care transformation organization. We bring together healthcare providers, health plans, state agencies, employers, academic institutions, and community organizations to strengthen primary care, improve healthcare access, advance integrated behavioral health, support workforce development, and drive healthcare transformation across the state.
Position Summary
CTC-RI is seeking a highly organized Program Coordinator to support implementation of Rhode Island's Rural Health Transformation Program.
This position provides project coordination, stakeholder communications, meeting management, reporting support, and operational assistance for a statewide initiative focused on healthcare transformation and improved access to care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and project activities
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items
  • Support stakeholder communications and engagement
  • Assist with reporting and documentation activities
  • Support trainings, learning collaboratives, webinars, and events
  • Maintain project records and tracking systems

Qualifications
Required:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Three years of project coordination, healthcare administration, nonprofit administration, or related experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting healthcare or public health initiatives
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, or stakeholder engagement activities
