Description
Kansas Medical Center (KMC) in Andover is adding a Help Desk Technician to the team. This individual acts as the first point of contact for users, resolving tickets via phone or email, documenting issues, and managing account credentials. Experience with Active Directory is required.
An associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred, or relevant experience with CompTIAA+ certification may be substitued.
Understanding of Windows/MAC operating systems, Microsoft Office, Office 365, and networking protocols (IP address, DHCP). Knowledge of Citrix Systems is very helpful.
Interviews will be scheduled the week of June 1.
