ABOUT THE ROLE

The Product Marketing Associate reports to the Marketing Director and supports product marketing initiatives across the Elevate and GenFlex portfolio. This role focuses on product positioning support, launch coordination, sales enablement, market research, and execution of product-related marketing activities.
This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role designed to support cross- functional alignment between Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Technical, and Channel teams.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Support development of product messaging, positioning, and value propositions aligned with market needs and competitive landscape.
  • Assist with go-to-market planning and execution for new products, product enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support one or more assigned product categories (asphalt, accessories, insulation, single-ply, or other designated segments).
  • Coordinate development and organization of sales enablement tools including sell sheets, presentations, product guides, launch materials, and training assets.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing market intelligence, competitive insights, customer feedback, and industry trends.
  • Support execution of product launch activities including timelines, communications, sample coordination, and launch readiness.
  • Coordinate product sample requests and fulfillment activities in collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing Operations.
  • Support development of customer-facing content that communicates product features, benefits, applications, and system advantages.
  • Assist with product-related communications and shared inbox management, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Help maintain organization and accuracy of product marketing assets, documents, and reference materials.
  • Participate in trade shows, training events, customer meetings, and field activities as needed.
  • Travel periodically to interact with sales reps, contractors, distributors, specifiers, and building owners to better understand market needs and customer perspectives.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education: Bachelor's degree
Field of Study Preferred: Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Required Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in marketing, product support, sales support, or related role preferred.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in building products, construction, or commercial roofing industry preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
