Job description

Job Title: Associate, Production Planning

Job Code: 43156

Job Location: Palm Bay, FL

Job Description:ย 

  • Develop and implement manufacturing build plans to meet customer contractual delivery schedulesย 

  • Utilize Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) system to input Master Schedule build plans, track material availability, status kit readiness, release shop orders, and maintain all shop order records and inventory integrityย 

  • Update and maintain make items lead times within MRP systemย 

  • Manage floor stock of program componentsย 

  • Work jointly with Manufacturing and Quality teams to execute build schedule and address any issues in a timely mannerย 

  • Work with Materials Planners to proactively manage the schedule and material dock dates to ensure accuracy of planningย 

  • Provide hardware status, updates and performance statistics to program team based on status of hardware through Manufacturing Execution System (MES)ย

Qualifications:ย 

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree inย  Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related filed or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
