Summary
CQ Medical develops products that aid in positioning, motion-management and treatment accuracy for patients receiving radiation oncology treatments. Responds to customer inquiries, enters orders, schedules shipments, resolves and documents complaints, provides information to customers, partners with field Territory Sales Managers, and engages in upselling and cross selling when appropriate to the clinician's patient needs. This is an extremely critical role representing the voice of CQ Medical to our customers and ensuring that we are able to meet the needs of their patients. The Inside Sales, Multiple Med Device Lines works closely with the field sales team for the overall execution of workload and toward the goals of the Sales department. This position reports to the Director of People and Product Support in service of our providers and their patients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)
  1. Provide World-Class Customer Care in interactions with radiation oncology medical professionals, hospital buyers, and other key customers.
  2. Learn a complex and large product portfolio to enable accurate guidance and support for our customers.
  3. Suggest appropriate up sale and cross sale devices to solve the clinical needs of customers and their patients.
  4. May engage in lead generation activities.
  5. Accurately enter orders and record all customer interactions in the CRM.
  6. Assist in sending out and recording demo equipment to field reps and customers.
  7. Support the relationship between the Customer's Territory Sales Manager and customer, ensuring clear, professional communication, both written and verbal, that keeps all involved parties informed.
  8. Track, solve, and/or respond to customer questions or issues.
  9. Escalate issues as needed to aid customers in getting assistance with complaints, technical questions.
  10. Receive, resolve, and document customer complaints/coordinate product returns
  11. Work with scheduling to communicate accurate ship dates to our customers
  12. Field calls regarding returns, repairs / replacement parts, and tracking packages
  13. Assist in the daily operation of the department
  14. Promptly and regularly provide any feedback gained from customers pertaining to product coverage, customer coverage, and competitive information
  15. Proactively engage in increasing product and industry knowledge on Radiation Oncology
  16. Performs other tasks as directed by Management.

Required Education, Experience, and Certifications
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Two+ years of customer service experience.

Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
