Job description

Product Owner โ€“ Key Responsibilities
  • Define, develop, and manage the product roadmap.
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize product features based on business value, customer needs, and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with crossโ€‘functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to ensure timely and highโ€‘quality delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and strategy.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and new features.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and team members.
  • Mitigate risks and resolve issues that may impact product delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must have 14 years of related experience
  • Must have 5 yearsโ€™ experience supporting the mission
  • Additional 6 yearsโ€™ experience can be substituted with a Bachelorโ€™s degree, and 4 yearsโ€™ experience can be substituted with an Associateโ€™s degree.
  • A Bachelorโ€™s Degree and 5 years additional related work experience may be substituted for a Masterโ€™s degree.
  • TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problemโ€‘solving skills.
  • Ability to translate customer needs and business goals into technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $122,000 to $253,000, commensurate with the selected candidateโ€™s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
