  • Contribute to the design of product features and larger customer journeys under the guidance of senior designers.
  • Participate in customer interviews, usability testing, and other research activities to better understand user needs and validate design decisions.

  • Help identify usability issues and opportunities for continuous improvement across existing experiences.
  • Build an understanding of accessibility, financial workflows, and industry best practices as part of your professional growth.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field.
  • A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem solving, user-centered design, and strong visual and interaction design fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Figma, including creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and working within shared component libraries.
  • Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual hierarchy, information architecture, and usability best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to continuously learn through feedback and mentorship.
  • Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints when approaching design problems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Distinctions
  • Exposure to financial services, fintech, banking, or other regulated industries.
