  • Discovery Skills: Proficiency in multiple discovery techniques and the ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights and trends.
  • Technical & Design Partnership: Proven ability to lead a "tripod" (Product, Design, Engineering) to create forward momentum and deliver high-quality capabilities.
  • Execution & Ambiguity: Ability to make defensible, informed decisions quickly and operate comfortably amidst the ambiguity of launching a new solution.
  • Delivery Momentum: You are the driver of your team, managing risk and dependencies to ensure timely delivery. Includes working with the engineering teams in agile processes and ceremonies.
  • Whole Product, User-Centric Thinking: You consider the user experience and collaborate well with UX design to think through UX designs and how they scale for more complex customers while incorporating customer feedback.
  • Strong Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to evangelize product features and benefits to both internal teams and external customers.
