Associate Procurement Agent

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Procurement Agent (Level 2) to join our T-7A Red Hawk Supply Chain team in Berkeley, Missouri.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
  • Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements
  • Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
  • Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Shift:

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • More than 1 year of experience in supplier management or supply chain management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • More than 1 year of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance
  • More than 1 year of experience negotiating directly with suppliers

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
