What You'll Do

Join our Participant Experience Consulting team as a Senior Education Analyst! This is an opportunity to drive positive participant outcomes and improve financial wellness for employees across the country. You will collaborate with clients, financial professionals, and internal teams to propose and implement strategic retirement education meeting solutions.

  • Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to build and carry out education meeting plans that align with client objectives. Evaluate plan design, participant data, and incorporate Principal services and technologies to suggest strategic approaches.
  • Educational Material Planning: Collaborate with clients to determine relevant education topics and desired participant outcomes, adapting established presentations and resources to address plan-specific features, financial concepts, and behavioral goals.
  • Partnerships and Proposals: Partner with Relationship Managers and Participant Experience Consultants to prepare detailed annual education meeting proposals. Analyze plan demographics and industry trends to guide recommendations and improve participant outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Participant Experience Consultants to ensure informative materials meet regulatory standards and quality requirements. Manage the distribution of resources across multiple platforms.

Who You Are
  • 2+ years of related work experience such as Qualified Plans (401k plans, 403b, Pension plans); including investments, plan design, administration, services, compliance, and marketing strongly preferred or equivalent proven through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Analytical and critical thinking, consultative skills, and the ability to convert data into actionable insights. Capability to collaborate effectively across departments and sustain positive connections with clients, financial professionals, and internal teams.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$55800 - $100800 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
