Position Summary
The Principal's Assistant serves as a key member of the administrative leadership team by supporting the Principal with daily school operations, student records, compliance, communication, curriculum coordination, enrollment, scholarship management, and administrative projects.
This individual should possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality, and a heart for Christian education.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of school administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Strong computer and technology skills

Responsibilities
  • Support the Principal in daily school operations
  • Maintain student records and administrative documentation
  • Assist with enrollment and admissions processes
  • Coordinate communication with parents, staff, and prospective families
  • Manage scholarship documentation and reporting
  • Assist with Step Up For Students and ELC requirements
  • Support curriculum implementation and administrative oversight
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain administrative calendars
  • Assist with school events and special projects
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information
