Multi-practice, fast-growing law firm with more than 14 locations throughout Florida and the United States is looking for an ambitious and motivated Estate Planning and Probate attorney.

This associate position will be responsible for handle a diverse caseload involving all facets of estate planning, probate litigation, and guardianship administration. This position demands a deep understanding of Florida guardianship and probate laws, and the ability to manage complex cases with precision and client-focused sensitivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills and a thorough knowledge of estate planning strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Jurisdoctor from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years litigation experience in Estate Planning, Probate Litigation, and Guardinship administration.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, researching skills, problem-solving, strong organizational and time-management skills
