A highly regarded California law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Employment Litigation Associate to join its growing employment practice in San Francisco.


This opportunity is ideal for an attorney seeking sophisticated employment litigation work, meaningful client contact, leadership opportunities, and a collaborative environment known for its strong culture, mentorship, and commitment to attorney development.


Responsibilities:

• Represent employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation, wage and hour, and other complex employment disputes

• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and case strategy

• Supervise and mentor junior associates

• Maintain and develop client relationships

• Collaborate closely with partners and clients on complex employment matters

• Provide strategic guidance on employment-related risks and litigation avoidance where appropriate


Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of California employment litigation experience

• Experience handling complex employment matters from inception through resolution

• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
