  • Deep insurance industry expertise; has led at least 5-10 insurance consulting engagements with demonstrated depth in Property & Casualty insurance; familiarity with Life & Annuities is a plus
  • Outstanding executive presence, with experience advising C-suite and Board-level stakeholders; excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and written communications
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience overseeing research, financial models, and data analysis in service of executive-level recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multi-level teams across complex, ambiguous problems
  • Proven track record of development new client relationships and contributing to business development opportunities that lead to successful client engagements, particularly in the insurance industry
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive with excitement to contribute to the growth of the firm
