If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, helping others, and creating positive experiences for people, we'd love to meet you.
About Us

We specialize in helping seniors and families with:

  • Packing and unpacking
  • Organizing homes
  • Preparing homes for moving
  • Setting up new homes so they feel comfortable from day one

We understand that every move represents a major life change, and we are committed to treating every client-and every belonging-with care and respect.
Position Overview
As a Support Associate, you'll work alongside our team to help clients prepare for and complete residential moves. Every day is different, but your work will directly impact families by making stressful situations easier and more manageable.
This is an active, hands-on position that combines customer service, teamwork, organization, packing, and light moving.
Projects typically range from 2 to 8 hours, depending on client needs.

  • Label and organize boxes for efficient moving and unpacking.
  • Help unpack and organize clients' new homes.
  • Assist with light furniture movement and household setup.
  • Work closely with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently.

  • Dependable and punctual
  • Physically active and enjoy hands-on work
  • Positive and team-oriented
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Professional and respectful
  • Comfortable working in clients' homes
  • Flexible with changing project needs

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel throughout DuPage, Kane, Will, West Cook, North Cook, and Northwest Cook counties.

  • Comfortable bending, standing, climbing stairs, packing, and moving household items.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in moving, packing, organizing, retail, hospitality, senior care, home services, or warehouse work is a plus-but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

What You'll Love About Working With Us
  • Flexible, project-based scheduling.
  • Meaningful work helping seniors and families.
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Variety-every project is different.
