Job description

Packer/Helper – Extrusion Department
All About Personnel is hiring Packer/Helpers for our Extrusion Department. This is a physically demanding, heavy-lifting position requiring employees to be able to work extended shifts in a manufacturing environment.
Available Positions
  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 5 or 6 days per week
  • Shift Rotation: Employees rotate to the opposite shift every 3 months. The next scheduled rotation is at the end of September.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with production activities in the Extrusion Department
  • Pack and prepare finished products for shipment
  • Perform heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety and production procedures
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Requirements
  • Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
  • Must be available to work 5 or 6 days per week
  • Must be willing to work both day and night shifts as required by the rotation schedule
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and other physical duties
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures
