What You Will Do

The right individual will be dependable, team-oriented, someone who has excellent time management skills and showcases a can-do attitude. This individual should be passionate about learning and growing in the Cannabis Industry. The Facility Maintenance Associate will be responsible for the day to day facility cleaning and sanitizing, and will assist with production duties as time allows.

Duties include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Cleaning breakrooms, offices, conference rooms, storerooms, corridors, stairways, doormats, door handles, facilities and other general areas. 
  • Sweeps, dry mops and scrubs using brooms mops and lightweight vacuum cleaners, washes sinks and empties green waste and trash.
  • Clean the entire restroom by utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, sweep and/or wet mop floors.
  • Maintain/ communicate to assure adequate cleaning supplies for department/unit uses. Properly clean and store all equipment and supplies.
  • Support with cleaning/sanitation of totes, dry racks, rooms and other items within the production environment to ensure proper equipment for harvest and shuck. 
  • Ensure all sanitation supplies are kept at required level(s) to maintain operations
  • Modify sanitation practices as required by changes in SOPs, Compliance, or Regulatory changes/requirements
  • Report facility maintenance needs to GM-Ops & Facility Coordinator if encountered

When Sanitation duties are completed or there is down time, the Facility Maintenance Associate will be expected to assist with Production duties:

  • Safety: Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment along with making sure all equipment is in good working condition.
What We Are Looking For
  • Previous Sanitation or related experience
  • Must be 21+ and able to work between the operating hours of 6:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday with some overtime
  • Proven background of being dependable and punctual
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain focused while being adaptable in an ever-changing business environment
  • Possess strong time management and organizational skills
