Job description

Global MD Recruiting OPS Associate Manager supports Accenture's Managing Director recruiting function, providing end-to-end operational oversight of MD hiring processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and smooth execution in NA.

Serves as a trusted advisor on recruiting operations, process issues, and security or access-related matters. key Workday and recruiting operations subject matter expert, supporting data quality, reporting integrity, governance, and operational tracking activities.

Maintains strong relationships with NA Recruiting leads, supporting them with admin activities required to complete candidate's lifecycle in the system, focusing mainly in confidential senior roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, HR operations, or vendor coordination processes.

  • Strong working knowledge of Workday recruiting workflows, agency access processes, candidate submission activity, or similar applicant tracking systems.

  • High attention to detail when maintaining rosters, access records, confidential spend data, and agency documentation.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up on open items, and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to create clear instructions, status updates, and process guidance for agency users.

  • Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential recruiting, fee, vendor, and leadership search information.

  • Comfort troubleshooting access issues, documenting incidents, and partnering with technology or operations teams to resolve user problems.
