Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

About the Position

We are hiring dependable Production and Manufacturing Associates to join our team in Hutto, TX. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, machine operation, cutting, production, or assembly.


We are looking for individuals who are hands-on, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a production environment.

Available Production Functions

Substrate Inspection / Quality Control

  • Inspect ceramic substrates for defects, irregularities, and quality issues.
  • Follow established inspection procedures and quality guidelines.
  • Perform visual inspections and verify parts meet specifications.
  • Take accurate measurements and document inspection results.
  • Identify and report quality concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate and organized production/quality records.

Cutting Operator

  • Operate as part of a two-person team cutting ceramic plates.
  • Feed plates into the cutting saw or receive and process parts after cutting.
  • Perform control measurements to verify proper dimensions.
  • Inspect completed parts for defects and irregularities.
  • Follow safety procedures and established operating instructions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Assembly / Production Operator

  • Assemble components according to established procedures and specifications.
  • Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Inspect components during the assembly process.
  • Use basic hand tools and production equipment as required.
  • Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, quality inspection, machine operation, cutting, or assembly experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
