Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator for a well-established distribution company located in Austin. In this role, youll support daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable, organized, and ready to work in a hands-on environment.
As a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator, youll be responsible for:
  • Receiving, unloading, and stocking materials accurately and safely
  • Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment
  • Using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment (forklift if certified)
  • Assisting with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Supporting other departments as needed for smooth operations
What youll need:
  • 1-2 years of warehouse, general labor, or material handling experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
