Role Overview:

The Operations Associate at Alphaland is responsible for best-in-class member and

guest experience across all front-facing areas of Alphaland.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet every member and guest with energy, enthusiasm and professionalism upon

entry and exit.

• Create a welcoming, high-energy, and community-driven environment.

• Build rapport with members through consistent engagement

• Proactively assist members with questions, needs, or concerns

• Uphold Alphaland’s brand standards in every interaction

Other Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute accurate member check-ins, account verification, and day pass sales.

• Assist members with billing, account updates, payments, and general inquiries

• Collaborate with Account Managers to support new member onboarding and overall

member experience

• Proactively drive retail and product sales through product knowledge,

recommendations, and active engagement

• Execute all POS transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges with

accuracy and accountability

• Maintain retail floor standards by organizing, folding, sizing, and replenishing

merchandise throughout each shift

• Execute all retail floor sets, including new product drops, layout changes, and visual

merchandising updates as directed

• Process incoming inventory by receiving, organizing, tagging, and preparing product

for the floor

• Execute outbound inventory processes, including packing, documenting, and preparing

items to be returned to warehouse as needed

• Maintain strong facility standards by ensuring cleanliness, re-racking weights,

organizing equipment, and identifying operational discrepancies

• Other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent

• Skills:

• Previous customer service experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

• Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience using ABC Ignite or Shopify

• Experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality environments
