Role: Operations Services Associate
Pay: $19.50/hour
Assignment: Temporary (TEMP)
Location:
3001 Hackberry Rd
Irving, TX 75063
Schedule:
•Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
•Fully onsite
•Must be open to working holidays and weekends as needed
What You'll Do:
•Deliver exceptional client service in a high-volume production environment.
•Manage assigned processes and inventory while meeting strict deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
•Research, collect, and validate missing information to ensure data accuracy.
•Utilize various tools and systems to analyze, query, and update data according to business procedures.
•Handle high volumes of live checks by accurately printing and matching them with corresponding reports.
•Follow detailed procedures and instructions to ensure documents and packages are complete and compliant.
•Perform quality control reviews to verify accuracy in a zero-error tolerance environment.
•Prepare and organize completed packages for secure delivery to Taxing Authorities.
Support various operational areas including Payments, Refunds, Procurement, Field Procurement, Non-Escrow, Funds Management, Flood Search, Tax Search, Data Integrity, Commercial Tax, and Mail Correspondence.
•Rotate between teams and workflows as business needs require.
Requirements:
•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
•Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or equivalent education in lieu of experience.
•Strong customer service and communication skills.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
