Position
The Regional Operations Associate - Central Region supports the execution of the Central Region's operational and service model. Based in the Dallas office, this role partners closely with the Senior Regional Operations Director, Regional Leadership team, Private Advisor teams, and internal functional partners to deliver consistent, high-quality operational support that enables advisor growth and an elevated client experience. This position emphasizes hands-on operational execution, advisor onboarding and support, issue management, and process improvement, while ensuring alignment with firmwide standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Central Region's operational and service strategy in partnership with the Senior Regional Operations Director and Central Region Leadership team.
  • Serve as a key escalation point for complex operational, service, and administrative issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide direct operational support to Private Advisor teams, including account onboarding and maintenance, asset transfers, money movement, and client life event processing.
  • Coordinate the operational onboarding and integration of newly recruited advisor teams, working across Operations, Compliance, Technology, Products, and Marketing.
  • Support advisor transitions, remediation efforts, and special projects aligned with regional business priorities.
  • Monitor day-to-day operational workflows and metrics to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices, standardized procedures, and regional operating guidelines.
  • Ensure all operational activities comply with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards, with a strong focus on client experience.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in operations and/or client service within financial services; private wealth management experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting advisor-led business models and client-facing operational processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of brokerage operations, account servicing, onboarding, and money movement.
  • Series 7 and 66 required; Series 9 & 10 preferred or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe.
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent industry experience.
