Applies comprehensive knowledge of the Onsite Food Safety and Quality Operations area to independently execute complex tasks and contribute to decision-making around strategy execution. May mentor and/or manage associates to ensure work is completed in an accurate and timely manner, providing guidance or support as needed. Responsible for in-process and final product quality analyses/inspection in compliance with standards and regulatory requirements, interpreting and evaluating the analyses in terms of accuracy and precision against established specifications.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Engineering, Chemistry, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing Operations within the food or beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Food Safety Management Systems, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements.
- Demonstrated experience leading root cause investigations, corrective action programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with FSSC 22000, AIB, QAS, and other food safety certification standards is preferred
