Alpha Fit Club is a high-energy group fitness studio committed to delivering an unmatched fitness experience. Our team is driven, passionate, and dedicated to building a strong community. As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be the first face our members see, setting the tone for their entire experience. You are responsible for providing exceptional service, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, and ensuring the studio runs efficiently. Your ability to multitask, sell memberships and retail, problem-solve, and bring positive energy will contribute to the overall success of the gym.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Experience & Customer Service
  • Greet members with a warm, welcoming attitude
  • Assist with check-ins and class bookings
  • Provide information on membership options, promotions, and policies
  • Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally

  • Actively promote and sell memberships and class packages
