Sr. Associate, Operations Manager

Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually


Position Summary:

The Senior Associate, Operations Manager will be responsible for performing various daily operational and quality control tasks for the Card Services team. The successful candidate for this role would possess excellentattentiontodetail,strongorganizationalandprojectmanagementskills,aswellasthe ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Researchandresolvecustomers’inquiries

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion.

  • Generateandreviewreportsrelatedtocardnetworkprocessorsandsponsoredprograms.

  • MonitorandensuretransactionsarecompliantwithBankpolicies.

  • Provideanalysisforboardandpaymentnetworkcompliancereporting.

  • Generate and compile data for internal/external audits.

  • Reconcile open items pending on GL and work with Finance to resolve outstanding receivables from clients.

  • Perform quality control checks to ensure all implementation workflows are accurate and updated.

  • Perform other duties assigned by the EVP, Card Services.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of policies,procedures and updatedregulatory requirements.

  • Self-motivatedwiththeabilitytoworkindependentlyaswellasinateamenvironment

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands and priorities.

  • Excellent PC skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Office 365


Education, Training, and Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field

  • 4-6years’relevantworkexperience

  • Strong experience in payments or credit cards or card operations

  • Strong knowledge of Network / Banking Regulations
