A Day in the Life
The Treasury Associate - Operations plays a foundational role in supporting the company's cash operations, including administering bank accounts, and ensuring current and prior day cash activity is accurate and discrepancies are resolved as needed. They help determine the daily cash position and assist with processing payments and deposits. The role also interfaces with multiple departments, such as Accounting and Loan Servicing, to provide payment confirmations and assist with questions relating to Treasury activity.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Open and close bank accounts and maintain all internal bank account records and documentation.
  • Serve as back-up for preparation and processing of daily treasury payments in treasury management platform (Kyriba) including wires and ACH payments.
  • Deposit checks and maintain deposit log.
  • Review and verify daily bank activity to ensure accuracy and resolution of discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and decision daily Positive Pay exceptions in a timely manner.
  • Assist with analysis and preparation of cash flow forecasts in conjunction with Cash Manager.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of program worksheets, key analytical reports and dashboards in conjunction with Cash Manager.
  • Serve as back-up for review and management of the Treasury email inbox and respond and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Support external departments with month-end, quarter-end and ad-hoc requests as needed.
  • Perform special projects and fulfill ad-hoc requests as required by the Senior Treasury Manager and/or Treasurer.

Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of corporate treasury or cash management experience or related field.
  • Knowledge of treasury processes and banking platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand complex transactions quickly.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with treasury workstations (e.g. Kyriba).
  • Demonstrated ability to apply finance and treasury principles.

Compensation Range
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $67,600 - $70,500 annually.

Physical Requirements
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting (approximately 95%), repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
