Job description

We are looking for a part-time Operations Analyst to support our Finance and Operations teams. This is a contract position requiring approximately 25 hours per week. The role follows a hybrid schedule, with onsite work at HQ one day per week or as needed and the remaining hours worked remotely.
  • Responding to and managing credit card chargebacks
  • Completing Henkel markup calculations
  • Reconciling warehouse activity
  • Reconciling inventory across vendors and kitting facilities
  • Reconciling retail order transfers and reports for Amazon US, UK, and Germany, as well as TikTok
  • Processing inventory adjustments for PR usage, R&D testing, in-house glove finished-goods kitting, and developer filling
  • Processing adjustments for UK and US returns, sourcing, and scrapped inventory
  • Coordinating cycle-count schedules and adding new items to cycle-count groups
  • Researching and resolving cycle-count discrepancies for raw materials and other products
  • Identifying and coordinating the disposal of obsolete components at outside facilities
  • Assisting with other finance and operations tasks as needed

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a finance and operations environment
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel
