Job Description Summary
The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 3 performs advanced administrative, operational, and customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. This role may apply intermediate mathematical skills.

Shift: Four ten hour days on one of the following shifts: 5:30am-4:00pm, 6:00am-4:30pm, or 6:30am-5:00pm. Must be available to work any of these shifts/ Must be willing to work overtime including late, off day. and weekends.

Location: This is an onsite role. 9843 Windisch Rd, West Chester, OH 45069.

The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 3:

  • Ensures dispensing zones and production line run smoothly.

  • Accurately fills and counts medications.

  • Focuses on methods, tactics and processes for completing and managing workflow.

  • Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in redirecting associates based on workflow and production focus.

  • Works on prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques

  • Works under limited guidance due to previous experience, breadth and depth of knowledge of processes and the organization

Required Qualifications

  • Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.

  • Must have National Certification: PTCB (CphT) or ExCPT

  • 1+ years of experience in a retail, clinical or mail order pharmacy.

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

  • Must be willing to perform all Tech 3 functions for SME and SA zones

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
