What You'll Be Doing
The Treasury Management Onboarding Specialist I role focuses on facilitating the administrative and operational tasks for opening new commercial bank accounts and performing maintenance on existing commercial accounts.
What We're Looking For
  • Process requests to open new commercial bank accounts.
  • Input client data into various bank systems, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Verify client information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., AML/KYC), and identify and report potential risks.
  • Manage and prepare documents related to the commercial account opening process and send them to clients for signature.
  • Collaborate with other areas/departments, provide support to client-facing staff, and address any issues or questions related to the commercial bank account opening.
  • Perform maintenance functions on existing commercial accounts such as authorized signers and address changes.
