Job Overview

Visiting Nurse Health System is hiring a full-time Development Operations Associate who provides support for our VP of Corporate Giving & Major Donors. This role will be responsible for the following:

What You’ll Do:

  • Database management:
    • Pulling reports and queries
    • Adding records
    • Merging duplicate records
    • Maintaining the health of the database (cleanup campaigns, appeals and funds type)
    • File grant LOI’s and applications in records
    • Update death and addresses.
  • Database online gift entries.
  • Preparation of acknowledgement letters
  • Provide additional support services include prospect research, preparing engagement reports, tracking sponsorships, and event reservations
  • Training and on-going learning of database products to support philanthropy efforts

Schedule:

  • Full-time

You’re Perfect for the Position if you:

  • Possess a High School Diploma or Equivelent
  • Graduated with an Associates degree or Bachelors (preferred)
  • Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
  • Have proven decision-making, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Are proficient with computers and basic technology for documentation, email, HR systems, and online training.
