What You Will Do
Join a thriving Psychiatry practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, where you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment backed by an established referral network and the resources of a leading health system.
  • Step into a well-established Psychiatry team and enjoy a predictable Monday-Friday daytime schedule with no weekends
  • Manageable patient volume of 12-15 adult patients per day, allowing for meaningful, relationship-focused care and strong work-life balance
  • Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care by conducting health assessments, obtaining patient histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and delivering preventive care services.
  • Educate and counsel patients and their families on preventive health, treatment options, and community resources while collaborating with physicians to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans.

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
