We have a great opportunity for a motivated Counter Sales Representative to join our team! The Counter Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining product knowledge and is encouraged to market and promote new products. In addition, assist customers during the sales/purchase process and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. The Counter Sales Representative also assists with warehouse functions as needed on a daily basis.

Shift:   Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm

 

We're looking for associates who:

  • Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software, while maintain professional sales demeanor.
  • Ability to track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating appropriate documentation, and placing follow-up calls.
  • Ability to maintain and develop customer relationships.
  • Actively stay up to date on product knowledge and generate product stock request.
  • Arrange and organize point of sale displays and shelves to ensure product are visually appealing
  • Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and replenish merchandise
  • Ensure all pricing, labels and promotional signage are accurate and visible
  • Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe and clean environment.

What you bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, as determined by Echo Electric.
  • A minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, stay organized and work within a team.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.
  • Completion of EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level or commitment to complete such training within 18 months of starting job assignment.
