Job description

Position Highlights:

  • Balance of responsibilities: Approximately 90% clinical and 10% administrative duties
  • Leadership support: Administrative peer as well as dedicated Associate Medical Director
  • Reporting structure: Reports directly to the Associate Chief Medical Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and oversight of a clinical team structure that meets the needs of our patients, organization, and health care professionals
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to advance quality initiatives, patient safety, and operational excellence
  • Participate in administrative functions including scheduling, performance management, and program development

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Minimum of 3 years of hospitalist experience, prior leadership experience strongly preferred
