Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to support daily warehouse operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, retail, or apparel setting. This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support daily warehouse operations and team performance.
  • Ensure products are processed accurately and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor productivity, workflow, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate staffing and resources to meet production goals and customer deadlines.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment activities as needed.
  • Track team performance and help drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
