Sabra was founded in 1986 in Astoria, Queens and is headquartered in New York. On December 3, 2024, PepsiCo completed the buy-in of Sabra. We are now a fully owned operating unit of PepsiCo. Sabra's 500+ team members proudly produce hummus in Chesterfield County, Virginia, taking great care to ensure the highest-quality hummus is ready to go home with you. Responsibilities

Financial Close & Reporting

  • Own and execute the end-to-end monthly and annual close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial results
  • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals
  • Analyze P&L and balance sheet accounts to identify key drivers, variances, and potential risks
  • Deliver clear, concise financial reporting and insights to support decision-making

Controls, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to GAAP and PepsiCo/Sabra policies and procedures
  • Maintain a strong internal control environment and proactively identify and mitigate risks
  • Support internal and external audit processes, including preparation of documentation and responses

Business Partnership

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Commercial, Tax, Treasury) to support financial reporting and close activities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate financial results into actionable insights

Process Improvement & Transformation

  • Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and scale accounting processes
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control effectiveness
  • Support system implementations by performing UAT testing, identifying defects, and coordinating issue resolution with project team

Tax & Treasury Support

  • Support sales tax filings and compliance activities in partnership with internal and external advisors
  • Support treasury operations, including payment processes and controls, as required

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience (public accounting or corporate accounting)
  • Experience working in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • CPA Certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience in a CPG or manufacturing environment
  • Experience supporting audits and working within a strong control framework
