About The Role:

As the Associate Manager, Brand Communications at Feastables, you will help bring our biggest brand moments to life through integrated marketing campaigns and digital channel execution. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional campaign planning and execution across product launches, seasonal moments, and key brand initiatives, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly across every consumer touchpoint.

You will partner closely with teams across Content, Ecommerce, Shopper Marketing, and Creative to build and execute integrated campaigns across email, SMS, social media, retail media, paid media,  and web. From seasonal moments and product launches to special brand initiatives, you will help connect strategy to execution while keeping projects organized, stakeholders aligned, and timelines on track. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across product launches, seasonal moments, and key brand initiatives
  • Coordinate campaign execution across email, SMS, social, shopper marketing, and web merchandising channels
  • Partner with channel leads to develop campaign plans, timelines, creative briefs, and launch strategies
  • Build and maintain project timelines, campaign calendars, and cross-functional workflows to ensure successful execution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign messaging, deliverables, and priorities across teams
  • Support the execution of key brand initiatives and activations, helping coordinate deliverables and keep projects on track
  • Assist with copy development across digital touchpoints while maintaining Feastables' brand voice and tone
  • Track campaign performance and compile learnings to help inform future initiatives
  • Help identify process improvements that enable the team to move quickly and execute effectively
  • Serve as a key cross-functional partner, helping drive communication, alignment, and accountability across projects

Recipe for Success:

  • 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, brand communications, or a related field
  • Experience managing cross-functional marketing campaigns from planning through execution
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, SMS, social media, and web
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working in a startup, high-growth company, or similarly fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly as priorities evolve
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with a bias toward action and execution
  • Copywriting experience and the ability to adapt to an established brand voice is a plus
  • Experience within consumer brands, including CPG, beauty, apparel, or retail, is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com, Notion, and Google Workspace is a plus
  • Passion and knowledge of the creator / social media space
