Role Summary
Anthropologie is looking for a Social Media Associate Manager! The Social Media Associate Manager is a highly motivated, strategic leader with a passion for social media, digital culture, and innovation. This role is responsible for shaping and executing multi-platform organic social strategies that drive brand growth, engagement, and measurable channel performance.
This individual will drive the strategy of official brand accounts, own and evolve social calendars, and oversee execution of strategic initiatives across platforms. Blending creative instinct with analytical rigor, they will use data and audience insight to continuously optimize how Anthropologie Home and Terrain show up across channels.
Role Responsibilities
  1. Channel Strategy & Campaign Leadership
    • Lead organic social strategy for Anthropologie Home and Terrain across priority platforms, driving seasonal and quarterly campaign moments.
    • Lead ideation and strategic development for major seasonal initiatives, ensuring social-first thinking from inception.
    • Develop marketing briefs and lead strategic share-outs with cross-functional partners.
    • Identify opportunities to drive sustained channel growth through data-informed experimentation and platform evolution.
  2. Editorial Planning & Content Leadership
    • Build and maintain strategic social editorial calendars across platforms.
    • Brief, coordinate, and execute social-first content aligned to seasonal narratives and product storytelling.
  3. Performance, Reporting & Optimization
    • Own weekly and monthly analytical reporting and performance share-outs to team and leadership.
    • Analyze platform data to identify trends, audience behaviors, and optimization opportunities.
    • Share performance learnings and best practices with cross-functional partners to inform future strategy.
  1. Platform Management & Operational Excellence
    • Oversee daily publishing and platform management across channels.
    • Maintain organization across workflows, approvals, asset management, and reporting systems.
    • Manage at least one direct report to ensure strong execution and accountability.

Role Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing within retail, e-commerce, home, lifestyle, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience growing and evolving organic social channels across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting platform metrics and translating data into strategic recommendations.
  • Proven ability to build and manage content calendars aligned to seasonal campaigns and product priorities.
  • Deep understanding of home, interiors, gardening, and lifestyle trends, with strong awareness of competitive landscape.
  • Strong editorial instincts and ability to adapt tone and storytelling across platforms.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
