Job description

You will be the Integrated Program Planner Associate Manager for the IFG F-22 Sustainment Planning Team which is responsible for delivering integrated master schedule governance across the IFG program.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Integrated Program Planner Associate Manager, you will be responsible for providing daily leadership to a team of planners, overseeing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and ensuring schedule health for multiple IFG products.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Guide Control Account Managers in building and maintaining the IMS, including monthly updates, criticalpath analysis, and risk assessments.

  • Drive execution of the PP&I business rhythm, delivering schedule and performance metrics to internal and external customers.

  • Provide expert consultation during highlevel customer reviews, ensuring baseline change control aligns with command directives.

  • Foster crossfunctional relationships and coordinate with PP&I leadership to integrate labor and supplier tasks into the contract IMS.

  • Develop talent within the planning team and serve as the subjectmatter expert for program planning and integration.
