The Associate Manager of Run Club Programming & Activations will support the day-to-day execution of the Champs Run Club program, one of the brand's fastest-growing marketing platforms. More than an event series, Champs Run Club is a fully integrated omni-channel program designed to engage consumers across live events, digital touchpoints, loyalty, and retail experiences.
This role is ideal for a marketer who is passionate about experiential marketing, understands running culture, and can help connect the consumer journey from event participation to digital engagement to in-store conversion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, action-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day execution of the Champs Run Club program.
  • Lead tactical pre-event planning and execution for 50+ annual Run Club events.
  • Execute Run Club field team communications, ensuring stores and field teams have timely event information and updates.
  • Manage information and asset transfers between agency partners, social, CRM, creative, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate event splash pages, registration assets, and pre-event email communications.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute Run Club Omni strategy including Brand Marketing, CRM, Social, Ecommerce, Loyalty, Store and Creative
  • Assist with brand partnerships and post-event reporting to partner stakeholders.
  • Track program performance and support internal reporting processes.
  • Facilitate meetings, maintain project timelines, and communicate key updates across stakeholders.
  • Potential opportunity to travel for select Run Club events and key activations, serving as a hands-on leader to ensure best-in-class consumer experiences.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to evolve and grow the Champs Run Club platform through new programming, partnerships, consumer engagement tactics, and activation concepts.
  • Own special projects as assigned.

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $65,000-$72,000 This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
