Mobile Device Coordinator (Asset Management Analyst)

Location: This role requires associates to work from the posted location full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support.

The Mobile Device Coordinator (Asset Management Analyst) ensures CareBridge members receive mobile devices accurately and on time by coordinating fulfillment and shipping. This includes charging, stickering, and casing devices as well as processing retrievals and shipping chargers.

How you will make an impact:

  • Manages IT assets in response to fulfillment requests by logging changes to the software asset repository system.

  • Receives logs tracks and responds to hardware and software fulfillment requests.

  • Matches requests from Access IT to available inventory.

  • Maintains inventories by location to meet service level agreements.

  • Participates in the development of asset management related processes policies and procedures and maintains them.

  • Supplies devices to members as needed.

  • Fulfills orders for new devices, retrievals, chargers, etc.

  • Utilizes FedEx system to monitor and track device delivery and updates in appropriate CareBridge systems accurately and timely.

  • Assists with procurement of mobile devices and cases.

  • Receives, tests, and cleanses inbound (returned) mobile devices.

  • Possesses knowledge about the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) provider community within local markets, including the various services provided and how they interact with the CareBridge platform.

  • Maintains excellent punctuality and attendance during work hours.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires an AA/AS or recognized trade certification and a minimum of 1-year related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting mobile devices and software highly preferred.

  • Previous fulfillment or shipping experience highly preferred.

  • General HCBS and/or Long-Term Support Services (LTSS) product and customer knowledge highly preferred.

  • Customer-service focused professional with a collaborative, team-oriented demeanor, and a proven ability to build strong working relationships within a matrix organization preferred.
