Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a people-focused Associate Development Coordinator to serve as a trusted liaison between hourly Associates (employees), Managers, and Human Resources. This role supports a consistent, highquality training experience by coordinating onboarding, safety, SOP, and onthejob training while reinforcing Grande’s Mission and Culture. You will partner closely with leadership to ensure training completion, identify development needs, support retention and recognition programs, and provide guidance that drives productivity, safety, and engagement across the facility.

This position is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys supporting frontline teams and improving processes. We prefer a Spanish bilingual candidate who can deliver clear interpretation and accurate translation support for Spanishspeaking Associates in classroom and production floor settings. If you’re passionate about developing people, fostering inclusion, and making a meaningful impact on Associate experience and performance, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to do just that.

Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What you need to be considered for the role:

  • High School or GED
  • Two (2) or more years’ office/administrative experience in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Knowledge of production workflow and procedures required.

Preferred:

  •  Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related office support/administrative experience required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
