Saronic is seeking a talented and organized Associate IT Technician to provide basic IT support, including setting up and deploying IT equipment, and assisting with ongoing projects.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues, including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and mobile devices
โ€ข Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
โ€ข Assist with user access-based incidents and requests.
โ€ข Document and track support tickets using a helpdesk management system, ensuring resolutions are well-documented.
โ€ข Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging IT trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
