What awaits you:

    Perform administrative functions for our critical IT Design applications such as Polarion (ALM), including installation, configuration, documentation, testing / validation, maintenance and upgrades
    Act as 2nd level support working within our global Incident Management system (ServiceNow) for User support
    Interface with Business to ensure functionality requirements are documented and understood
    Ensure availability / uptime and performance of applications are deemed acceptable
    Maintain and implement security measures as required (patching, access control, change control, etc...)
    Provide off-hours support as required
    Minimal Travel requested as necessary 

What you'll need to succeed:

   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology, Engineering, or related field
    Knowledge of Programming languages (Python, Java, Perl, C , XML)
    CI/CD Software Dev Tools (GIT, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, JIRA)
    Code Repositories (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket)
    Cloud Environment (MSFT Azure preferred - DevOps, Data Factory, Machine Learning, High Performance Computing)
    Microsoft Power Platform (Apps / Automate / BI / VA)
    Model Based Systems Engineering V-model concepts
    Kubernetes / Containers
    Linux / Unix OS (Red Hat preferred)
    Agile / SDLC Software Development Methodology
