Job description

Summary:
This position will work directly with the Inventory Management Team to oversee and monitor the daily activities of the inventory representative's. Establishes priorities for both the individual team members and the overall team objectives to ensure company objectives are achieved. Drives and controls inventory accuracy and within the Supply Chain network, proactively addressing potential issues and applies continuous improvement and real-time problem solving skills when working towards resolutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with the warehouse, 3PL hubs, and transportation group
  • Maintain emails and Salesforce case assignments within required daily goals
  • 3PL Processing Return/Manifest spreadsheets

  • Correspond with Hubs and ensure accuracy of return product manifests
  • Manage the OS&D process with the Hubs
  • Track Historical Data related to return manifests
  • Work closely with and support the warehouse triage team during unloading of returns.

  • Lead Returns Function or any Department Function

  • Manage reporting
  • Audit functions for accuracy
  • Train new employees
  • Continuously improve processes and update SOPs

Education, Experience and Other Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred
  • Years of experience: Inventory Experience preferred
  • Valid Driver's license preferred
  • Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office products and Storis
  • Understanding of general work practices in warehousing and distribution, including order processing, picking, and shipping processes and procedures.
  • Dedicated to business and allow flexibility with work hours if necessary (standard work hours could be 7:30 - 4:00. OT as needed including Saturdays)

  • Performing tasks using a computer and telephone daily
  • Repetitive processing steps.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer's information.
  • Always willing to adapt to change and keep an open mind to training
  • Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function

Education, Experience and Other Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred
  • Years of experience: Some customer service experience preferred
  • Valid Driver's license preferred
  • Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of computer programs
  • Understanding of general work practices in warehousing and distribution, including order processing, picking, and shipping processes and procedures.
  • Dedicated to business and allow flexibility with work hours if necessary
