As part of the Larry H. Miller Company, Prestige Financial Services has enjoyed nationwide success in financing. Prestige Financial Services is expanding its third-party recovery and servicing platform, including outsourced servicing solutions and recovery services.

The Role:

The System Engineer is responsible for having hands on advanced skills with networking, telephony, systems, and infrastructure both in the cloud and on premise.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, document, and maintain policies and procedures for system administration and appropriate use.
  • Manage end-user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Architect, schedule, and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, reconfigurations, and/or purchases.
  • Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on servers and workstations.
  • Assist in administering systems, including technologies such as: Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Install and configure software and hardware.
  • Monitor performance, maintain systems, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Manage KPIs and performance reports as assigned.
  • Work tickets for IT infrastructure, services, and software as assigned.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and manage containerized workloads (Kubernetes, Helm) as part of the cloud environment.
  • Maintain system observability (metrics, logs, and traces) and support regulatory compliance and security audit requirements (e.g., SOC 2, ISO).
  • Protect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of the company.
  • Other tasks assigned by management.
  • Builds and delivers solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
  • Anticipates and adjusts effective contingency plans.
  • Pushes self and others to achieve results.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • The following certifications are preferred: Any AWS or Azure certs, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), CCNA, Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Engineer Associate, Okta Certified Professional, ITIL Foundations, and any CompTIA certs.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Exchange, desktop and server operating systems, patch management, DNS, DHCP, Radius, VoIP, Cisco networking, call management systems, firewalls, load balancers, cloud systems, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Proven experience as a System Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar role.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Strong business acumen.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to remain stationary for continuous periods of time. Constantly operate a computer and phone. Frequently communicate with customers, coworkers, and managers about accounts. Able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Work performed in an office setting. Able to bend, reach, lift, sit and walk. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
