  • Support estimating, proposals, change management, and business development activities as needed.
  • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with company safety, quality, contractual, and operational standards.
  • Participate in project reviews and provide senior leadership with visibility into project performance, staffing, financial status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Help build and maintain a strong pipeline of electrical construction talent.
  • Support the continued expansion of the company's self-perform electrical capabilities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in heavy industrial electrical construction.
  • Significant experience managing self-performed electrical work on large industrial, power, energy, manufacturing, utility, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience leading multiple electrical projects, project teams, or a significant electrical operation.
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction means, methods, sequencing, and field execution.
  • Demonstrated responsibility for project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, manpower, productivity, and profitability.
  • Experience with electrical scopes such as:

  • EPC, design-build, power generation, heavy industrial, energy, manufacturing, water/wastewater, utility, or large-scale infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

Benefits

  • $175,000-$225,000 base salary
  • Opportunity for annual bonus
  • Lucrative ESOP / employee ownership opportunity
  • Corporate-based leadership position with limited travel
  • Travel primarily to meet with clients and support project teams throughout the Southeast
  • Opportunity to lead a growing electrical construction operation
  • Employee-owned culture with significant long-term career potential
