Job Summary:
Responsible for the analytics function within the IT department, overseeing the development and implementation of data analytics strategies, tools and technologies within the IT organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Overseed the collection, processing, and analysis of IT data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction, improved performance, and service reliability.
  • Develops and maintains executive-level dashboards, performance metrics, and reports to monitor key IT services, infrastructure health, security, and system performance.
  • Collaborates with IT management and other departments to ensure data-driven insights align with business objectives and inform strategic decisions.
  • Integrates Artificial Intelligence to optimize and innovate data analytics processes.
  • Performs root cause analysis for recurring IT issues, service disruptions, and other operational challenges.
  • Implements advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive analytics and machine learning models, to forecast IT needs and enhance proactive problem-solving.
  • Ensures the data governance framework is adhered to, maintaining data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Manages the integration of new analytics tools, platforms, and technologies to improve reporting capabilities and IT service management.
  • Communicates complex data insights and technical findings in a clear, actionable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership.
  • Works with IT teams to improve system performance based on data insights and guide decision-making around resource allocation and capacity planning.
  • Monitors industry trends in IT analytics and apply best practices to enhance the organization's analytics capabilities.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related degree and six or more years of related experience; and/or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
  • Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy.
