Overview:
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Steward with strong Insurance Brokerage domain expertise to support enterprise data governance, data quality, and master/reference data initiatives. The role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, compliance, and usability across core insurance brokerage data domains, enabling effective reporting, analytics, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
The Data Steward will act as the business custodian of data, working closely with business stakeholders, data owners, IT, analytics, and compliance teams to operationalize data governance policies and data quality standards across the organization.
Experience & Background
  • 8-12+ years of overall experience in Data, Analytics, or Data Governance roles
  • Strong hands-on experience as a Data Steward or equivalent governance role

Data Quality Management
  • Define, document, and monitor data quality rules and KPIs, including:

  • Support implementation of preventive and detective data quality controls across source systems and downstream platforms
